Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, the details of your request and any file you choose to attach. We also record the page the form was sent from and the time it was sent.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to you, prepare quotes, service your policies and handle claims. We may share necessary details with insurance companies we work with on your behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, we will only text you for the purposes you agreed to. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties for their marketing.

Storage and security

Form submissions are stored in private, access-controlled storage and are available only to authorized agency staff. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or similar sensitive data through website forms.

Cookies

This site uses advertising cookies from Meta (see “Meta Pixel and advertising” below). Our own analytics use no cookies. A separate security cookie is used only when agency staff sign in to the private admin area.

Anonymous analytics

To understand how the site is used, we count page visits, where visits come from (such as a search engine, a link or a campaign tag), page speed, and which forms or buttons are used, through our own server and Vercel Web Analytics. These counts are anonymous: they use no cookies, and we do not store your name, contact details, form answers or IP address with them. At the start of a visit we also record an approximate city-level location (city and state, derived from your IP address by our hosting provider; the IP address itself is not stored) and the device type (mobile, tablet or desktop).

Meta Pixel and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), to measure and improve our ads. After a page loads, the pixel may set cookies and send Meta information such as the page you visited, your browser and device details, your IP address, and events like submitting a quote request or tapping to call or text us. It does not receive what you type into our forms. Meta may use this information to show you ads and to measure ad performance, under the Meta Privacy Policy. We do not currently use Google advertising or Google Analytics tags.

Opting out

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load the Meta Pixel. You can control ads Meta shows you in your Meta ad preferences, and opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info.

Google Maps reviews

Some pages show reviews and ratings from Google Maps, loaded by our server. Your browser may load reviewer profile photos from Google. Google’s handling of that data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Terms of Service.
